By using FraguaGym you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The service

FraguaGym is an app to log your training, your nutrition and your activity. The free features work without an account. Premium adds the coach and the AI features, and sync across devices.

Not medical advice

Routines, calorie targets and the coach's answers are guidance and don't replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or health professional. Talk to one before starting a training or eating plan, especially if you have a health condition. AI answers can contain mistakes.

Premium and subscriptions

• The subscription is bought and billed through Google Play, at the price and frequency shown before you confirm.
• If it includes a one-month free trial, you aren't charged if you cancel before it ends.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If you are in Argentina, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 days: write to us and we'll handle the refund.
• Codes (for example from your gym) give Premium for the time stated on each code and can't be exchanged for money.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for what you log and for keeping access to your email secure. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app for illegal purposes, try to access other people's data, or abuse the AI features.

Liability

We do our best for the app to work well and for your data to be safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries from training or diets, or for loss of data that wasn't synced.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we'll tell you in the app. They are governed by the laws of Argentina.
